Toddy Hot Cappuccino...
1-cup toddy Concentrate (best with dark roast)
1/4 cup of water
3/4 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar (a more - a little less)
Pour all ingredients into a measuring cup and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Heat in the microwave, being careful not to boil. Serve hot or with whipped cream topped with shaved chocolate. If you have a steamer, steam milk until hot.

Toddy Iced Cappuccino...
1-cup toddy Concentrate
2-cups 2% milk
1-tablespoon of vanilla
1-cup of water
2 tablespoons of sugar (a more - a little less)

Espresso Strength Coffee...
2-ounces concentrate (best with dark roast)
1-ounce water
Microwave: About 1 minute.
Heat in the microwave, being careful not to boil. Serve with a twist of lime peel. Espresso strength with the steamer is made by steaming full strength concentrate, no additional added water.

Toddy Coffee Liqueur... For 16 Servings
1-cup Toddy Coffee Concentrate
1-cup 190 proof grain alcohol (vodka may be substituted)
3/4-cup filtered honey
1/4-cup water
Combine all ingredients, stir well.

Toddy Coffee Liqueur... For 16 Servings (Takes a little longer)
1-cup of water
1-cup of granulated sugar
1 cup Toddy Coffee Concentrate
1-cup 190 proof grain alcohol (vodka may be substituted)
Combine water and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a low boil until it forms a clear syrup. Remove from heat and allow syrup to cool for 10 minutes
Add Toddy Coffee Concentrate to syrup, stir well, then add alcohol and stir until well mixed.
